Some of Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements, define clear project goals, prioritize deliverables, and maintain transparency.
- Manage the technical communication flow between developers and stakeholders, logging all requests, decisions, and feedback.
- Oversee and track task execution, resource allocation, and project timelines.
- Monitor progress and resource utilization, prepare regular status reports, and identify and resolve blockers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Classify incoming development tasks by strategic priority and log them, ensuring stakeholders have real-time visibility into their status.
- Organize structured meetings with actionable agendas, and ensure decisions and next steps are documented and followed through.
- Analyze team workload distribution and performance metrics, offering data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints early, resolve issues proactively, and communicate them to stakeholders.
What We Look For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst in a software development environment.
- Hands-on experience working with mobile and web development teams, with deep understanding of end-to-end development lifecycles.
- Solid command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and related tools and practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with a structured and proactive approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; proactive communicator with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail, with the ability to lead cross-functional discussions and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills—negotiating priorities, setting expectations, and maintaining transparency across senior leadership.
- Interpret and document discussions in backend technical meetings—grasping core concepts like APIs, endpoints, and cloud fundamentals—and use tools such as Postman to validate and record API interactions.
- Experience in preparing and interpreting technical documentation, user flows and functional specifications.
- Fluency in English is required; familiarity with SQL and data analysis is a strong plus.
- Experience creating, maintaining, and interpreting dashboards and reports in Looker or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
