DATA PROTECTION INFORMING TEXT FOR JOB CANDIDATES
Dear Candidate,
Thank you for your interest in career opportunities at Hubx. According to Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, we would like to inform you about your personal data collected and processed during the job application and interview processes.
We collect the personal data of our candidates through Hubx.co, Linkedin, Indeed, e-mail, physical document delivery, online interviews via Google Meet, notifications from administrative and judicial authorities and rarely through other communication channels.
We process personal data of our candidates as follows:
- Identity (Name-Surname, Date of Birth, Place of Birth)
- Contact (Communication Address, Email Address, Phone Number)
- Professional Experience (Resume, Previous Work Experience, Diploma Information, Academic and Educational Qualifications, Certificates, Language Skills, Cover Letter, Portfolio)
The personal data listed above are processed for the purposes of conducting recruitment processes and job interviews, evaluating job applications and communicating with candidates.
We may share personal data domestically with our group companies, legal, financial, tax advisors and regulatory and supervisory institutions and organizations authorized to request the personal data of the data subject, such as courts and enforcement offices. Please note that if you use Linkedin, Breezy or Indeed to apply, your personal data may be transferred abroad since these tools are of foreign origin. When you use these tools, you are recommended to review the information texts available on these platforms. Also, since the system infrastructure of our company is cloud-based, your data is transferred abroad due to data backup and electronic mail services.
In accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 regarding your personal data, you can exercise the following rights:
- a) to learn whether your personal data are processed or not,
- b) to ask for information on which of your personal data have been processed,
- c) to learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether these personal data are used in compliance with the purpose,
- d) to know the third parties to whom the personal data are transferred locally or abroad,
- e) to request the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate data, if any,
- f) to request the erasure or destruction of personal data under the conditions referred to in Article 7,
- g) to request reporting of the operations carried out pursuant to sub-paragraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
- h) to object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the data processed solely through automated systems,
- i) to claim compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of personal data.
In accordance with the Communique On the Principles and Procedures for The Request to Data Controller, you can forward your requests; in writing or by using a registered e-mail address, secure electronic signature or mobile signature. Please include your name and surname, signature, identification number, place of residence or workplace address, e-mail address, if any, telephone or fax number, together with the explanations regarding the right to be used, to Çınarlı Mah. Following the application, your application will be concluded within the legal period of 30 days. Please make sure that your contact information above is correct and complete and that your request is clear and comprehensible so that we can respond to your questions and requests in a timely manner. Please note that Hubx may request a fee equal to the cost of the recording medium, only if it is obligatory to answer in recording media such as CD and flash memory.

Hubx processes personal data by taking adequate data security measures, provided that the data is processed limited to the processing purpose, and kept during the legal period or for the period required by the processing purpose, and will be destroyed due to relevant procedure in accordance with the Law and relevant legislation.
Hubx retains the right to make changes in this informing text due to changes in the Law and new methods or regulations that may be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
