What we look for

• BS/MS degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in product operations, business analysis, or related roles.
• Exceptional organizational and documentation skills to structure content and operational workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in content formatting and structured data inputs (e.g., JSON).
• Analytical mindset to evaluate content performance data and make informed decisions on prioritization and optimization.
• Proactiveness in identifying content gaps and suggesting updates based on data and trends.
• Awareness of digital content trends and ability to use insights from platforms like TikTok and Instagram into content strategy.
• Experience in digital content lifecycle, versioning, and release management.
• Ability to run and interpret content A/B tests to make data-informed decisions based on user behavior and performance impact.
• Understanding of content layout strategies that balance visual appeal, performance, and diversity.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including product, design, engineering, and analytics.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and an agile, iterative mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Some of your responsibilities

• Systematically generating and curating scalable content ideas to feed product pipelines.
• Supporting the content lifecycle from ideation to live release, reducing delays and friction points.
• Structuring and validating data entries (e.g., JSON) to minimize syntax and format errors.
• Coordinating version control and release planning with clear documentation to avoid skipped steps.
• Creating and maintaining process documentation and operational flows.
• Ensuring content visibility areas and design-format compatibility are verified before release.
• Including content-based scenarios in QA/test cases, reducing overlooked bugs.
• Monitoring content performance metrics and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Evaluating the impact of each content piece to refine editorial and placement strategies.
• Experimenting with and analyzing layout alternatives via A/B testing or dynamic modules.
• Supporting monetization and user engagement goals by operationalizing content initiatives.
