This is a general application for Product roles at HubX. Whether you specialize in Product Management, Project Management, Product Design, Customer Success, Localization, Content Management. We're excited to learn more about your expertise and see how you can contribute to our mission.

We operate through 7 independent studios, each focused on building and scaling its own products with full end-to-end ownership. This studio model empowers small, cross-functional teams to move fast, make decisions autonomously, and turn ideas into global products.

What You’ll Do

• Shape Product Vision: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product roadmaps that align with business goals and user needs.
• Lead Development: Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to build innovative, high-impact products.
• User-Centric Focus: Gather insights from users and data to prioritize features and improvements that create the best possible experience.
• Iterate and Improve: Continuously refine product strategies based on feedback, testing, and market trends.

What We Look For

• Product Management Expertise: Experience defining and managing product roadmaps, conducting user research, and setting measurable goals.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data to guide decision-making and measure success.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around shared goals.
• Creative Problem-Solving: A proactive, solutions-focused approach to overcoming challenges.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, SQL and data analytics platforms.

• Case Study Assignment: Showcase your skills through a practical task related to the role.
• Technical Interview: Meet with your potential team lead for an in-depth review of your case study and technical expertise.
