Some of Your Responsibilities
- W2W Funnel Development and Management:
- Design, build, and optimize funnels for various app categories, including AI apps, education platforms, and more.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure seamless user journeys from entry to conversion.
- A/B Testing and Funnel Optimization:
- Initiate, plan, and execute A/B tests to improve user flows and enhance funnel performance.
- Work closely with design and development teams to implement successful ideas and iterate on results.
- Analyze funnel metrics and testing outcomes to identify improvement areas.
- Understanding Target Audiences:
- Research and analyze target audience behaviors, motivations, and needs.
- Develop detailed user personas and optimize funnel strategies accordingly.
- Tailor marketing messages and funnel experiences to align with audience preferences.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor funnel KPIs and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
- Prepare actionable reports on funnel performance, A/B testing outcomes, and growth opportunities.
What We Look For
- Experience:
- 3+ years in product management, growth marketing, or digital marketing with a focus on funnel development and optimization.
- Proven track record in user research, creating personas, and tailoring strategies to target audiences.
- Mandatory Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting data to derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with A/B testing principles, analytics tools, and tag management systems.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user behavior in conversion optimization.
- Proactive, result-driven mindset with excellent time management skills.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, user personas, and behavioral psychology.
- Effective communication skills and ability to create marketing-focused texts.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in an agile working environment or industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and analytical tools.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools like Optimizely or VWO and web analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of subscription-based business models and performance marketing.
- Ability to brainstorm and execute creative funnel strategies based on user research, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Preferred Background:
- Experience working with apps across verticals such as AI, education, health, gaming, and content platforms.
