What You’ll Do

• Design and Develop: Create, optimize, and maintain scalable systems and applications tailored to business and user needs.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Implement Best Practices: Follow and advocate for coding standards, testing, and deployment practices that ensure quality and efficiency.
• Innovate and Evolve: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and contribute to the evolution of our tech stack.

What We Look For

• Backend Development: Node.Js (JavaScript, TypeScript), .Net Core, MongoDb (Mongoose), PostgreSQL, Queue Systems (RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub, Kafka), REST APIs, Redis or other Key-Value DBs for caching, Serverless Architectures, Cloud Base Development, Microservice Architectures
• Frontend Development: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Modular SCSS, Redux Toolkit, App Publishing
• Mobile Development (React Native): React/React Native, TypeScript, ESLint, Redux, Expo
• Mobile Development (Native iOS): SwiftUI, Swift, Combine Framework, Swift Package Manager, CocoaPods, Xcode Cloud, SwiftLint, SwiftFormat, App Publishing
• Mobile Development (Native Android): Core Expertise (Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Gradle), Architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture), UI/UX (Jetpack Compose, XML, Material Design), Jetpack Components (ViewModel, LiveData, Navigation Component, WorkManager, Room, DataStore), Networking (Retrofit, OkHttp), App Publishing
• Mobile Development (Flutter): Core Expertise (Dart, Flutter SDK, Flutter Framework), State Management (BLoC Pattern, Knowledge of Streams and Event-Driven Architecture), UI/UX (Flutter Widgets, Material Design), App Publishing
• DevOps: Cloud Platforms(GCP), Kubernetes, Programming(Python, JS), Containerization, Observability (Prometheus), CI/CD systems (Circleci, Github Actions)
• Data: BigQuery, Python, Looker, Tableau, Airflow
• Machine Learning: Python, OpenCV, Pytorch, Numpy, Onnx, TensorRT, TensorFlow, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes
• Quality Assurance: Strong knowledge in REST APIs and API Testing, Experience with  using Charles / Devtools, Experience in creating Postman collections and writing tests, Experience with Firebase and its tools (Remote Config, Firestore etc.), Experience with Payment Providers for both Web and Mobile Applications
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including system design and architecture.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with agile workflows and version control systems like Git.
• A passion for continuous learning and embracing new challenges.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability for the code you write.
