We are looking for a talented “Project Manager” to join our energetic and highly motivated team.

• Coordinate agile events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to gather requirements, define project objectives, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the product and development teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines across projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, and functional specifications.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements and are user-friendly.
• Anticipate risks, address challenges proactively, and manage crises effectively.
• Schedule and lead meetings, ensuring actionable outcomes are tracked and followed up on.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices.
• Ensure team workloads are balanced and project timelines are realistic.

• Bachelor’s degree in Software/Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Strong technical background and understanding of mobile app development processes.
• Proficient in agile methodologies and experienced in leading agile teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of business processes, data analysis, and system implementation methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools, business analysis tools, and data visualization tools.
• Fluency in English is a must; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable with a passion for continuous learning.
• Empathetic, detail-oriented, and a strong team player who drives collaboration and results.
