 We are looking for a talented "Product Designer (New Grad)” to join our energetic and highly motivated team.

As a New Graduate Product Designer at HubX, you’ll have a unique opportunity to kick-start your career by working on real products used by millions of users globally. You’ll learn by doing, collaborate with experienced designers, and gradually take ownership of meaningful design problems across our mobile apps.

We operate through 7 independent studios, each focused on building and scaling its own products with full end-to-end ownership. This studio model empowers small, cross-functional teams to move fast, make decisions autonomously, and turn ideas into global products.

Some of your responsibilities

• Support parts of the end-to-end design process for mobile app features, from early concepts to final UI delivery.
• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for new features and improvements under the guidance of senior designers.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Build simple prototypes to explore ideas and iterate based on feedback.
• Assist in maintaining UI components, style guides, and design systems to ensure visual consistency.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Review user feedback and basic product metrics to identify UX improvement opportunities.
• Stay up to date with mobile design trends and best practices, and apply learnings to daily work.
• Work closely with senior designers and receive regular feedback and mentorship.

What we look for

• New graduate or up to 1 year of experience in UI/UX or product design (internships count).
• Portfolio is mandatory — applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Basic understanding of mobile design principles and user-centered design.
• Familiarity with Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Android’s Material Design fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn and improve.
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Interest in mobile products and building delightful user experiences.

Nice to have

• Exposure to motion design or micro-interactions (LottieFiles, After Effects, or similar).
• Experience from side projects, school projects, hackathons, or case studies.
