We are looking for a talented “Project Manager” to join our energetic and highly motivated team.

• Coordinate and lead agile events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to gather requirements, define project objectives, and ensure alignment with business goals
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the product and development teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, and functional specifications
• Develop comprehensive business models, process flows, and diagrams to illustrate proposed solutions
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements and are user-friendly
• Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of solutions
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders and management, highlighting any potential risks or issues
• Provide guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Software/Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Business Analyst in a software development environment
• Strong technical background and understanding of mobile app development processes
• Proficient in agile methodologies and experienced in leading agile teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of business processes, data analysis and system implementation methodologies
• Proficiency in business analysis tools, project management software, and data visualization tools
• SQL knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Fluency in English is a must
